Sean Callahan has covered Nebraska football since 1999 and is the publisher and owner of HuskerOnline. He also reports for KETV Channel 7 (ABC) in Omaha and Big Red Radio 1110 KFAB, serves as a sideline reporter for Nebraska Public Media, and contributes as a recruiting analyst on the weekly show Big Red Wrap-Up.
In 2013, Callahan published 100 Things Nebraska Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die. His latest book, The Program: Nebraska, was released in August 2025.
A two-time Nebraska Sportswriter of the Year, Callahan grew up in Omaha and now lives in Lincoln with his wife and two daughters.
